Orchids are calming to me. Probably because while growing up, my parents always had one - or two about. They like low light, warm places and a light watering once a week. OK seems easy enough. Mark Cullen, Canadian gardening guru explains in this video, Orchids are an easy to care for plant. They are known to provide exotic, continuous blooms with little effort.
